Shipping Costs & Delivery

We ship within Germany, to all EU member states, and to selected non-EU countries. Use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to calculate your individual shipping costs based on the destination country and package weight.

Parcel Shipping

Standard shipping is handled by DHL or Deutsche Post. All shipments are sent as insured parcels with tracking.

The exact shipping costs for other parcel sizes will be calculated in the shopping cart.

  • Parcel up to 2 kg: €4.99
  • Parcel up to 5 kg: €6.99
  • Parcel up to 10 kg: €10.99
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Letter & Merchandise (small & spare parts only)

Cost-effective shipping for small parts. Can be selected in the shopping cart, provided it is available for your items.

Optional for letters: +€2.35 registered mail incl. tracking.

  • Standard letter: €0.95
  • Compact letter: €1.10
  • Merchandise: €1.80
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Freight Forwarding (Gas cylinders 6kg / 10kg)

Large gas cylinders are delivered via freight forwarding. Transport costs are already included in the item price.

Please make sure to provide your phone number for delivery notification by the carrier.

  • Delivery time: approx. 3 business days
Shipping conditions: Shipping takes place after receipt of payment (for advance payment) or immediately after receipt of the order (for other payment methods). After shipping, you will receive your tracking number via email.
